To continue to advance towards zero loss in the pharma supply chain, worldwide.If you're a meticulous, strategic-minded Team Lead Quality Assurance IoT with a deep understanding of IoT technologies, adept at orchestrating comprehensive testing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to industry standards - this could be the role for you:Here's what you'll do:Ensure adequate quality for multiple IoT product families and application fields in various product lifecycles stages from first PoC to mass deploymentDevelop and implement testing strategies for IoT products, including hardware, firmware, cloud software, and network componentsDefine and implement testing process across all test stages (unit tests, system integration tests, production tests, acceptance tests, field tests)Lead and coordinate several QA and product teams in the design and execution of testsDrive the automation of testing processesCollaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements (functional and non functional) and develop effective testing approachesOversee the selection, implementation and maintenance of testing tools, technologies and an IoT test lab for executing physical testsWork closely with engineering teams to address and resolve issues identified during testingReport on testing activities, progress, and quality metrics to provide basis for release and production decisionsLead the certification of products for industry standards relevant to IoTProvide mentorship and guidance to test engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellenceThis is what you'll need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldExtensive experience in QA or testing, with at least several years in a managerial roleExperience in testing embedded systems, including familiarity with IoT protocols, electronic circuit design, standards, and ecosystemStrong knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debuggingExperience with automated testing tools, test management software, and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of a programming or scripting language (e.g. Python, Java)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCertifications in quality assurance, project management, or relevant fields are an advantageExperience with embedded development tools (oscilloscope, protocol analyzers, JTAG debugger) is beneficialHands-on experience in embedded systems development and troubleshooting is a plusLanguage: EnglishAbility to work onsite in Zürich for approx. one week per quarterWhat we can offer you:Hybrid working - working in a bright open office spaceFlexible working hours for work/life balanceInterdisciplinary and varied projectsDiverse and global work culture/ environmentPossibility to work for an environmentally conscious companyUnique opportunity to actively shape processesWhy SkyCell:We are looking for people who challenge the status quo and thrive on making a difference to people and the world around us.
