Job DescriptionForvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesBragança site looking for a Logistics Improvement TraineeJob Duties & Responsibilities:· Support PC&L team:Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools.Provide plant with PC&L standards: Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), Milk run, levelling, etc.Define PC&L deployment objectives with PC&L Manager and build up an action plan.Set up the means to achieve the action plan and ensure results.Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager.Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions.Identify and implement best practices.Your profile and competencies to succeedQualifications:· Minimum education level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.Skills and competencies:· Fluent level of Portuguese· Good level in written and oral English· Good communication and interpersonal skills· International mindset· Results orientation· Entrepreneurship mindset· ExcelEnsure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used.What we can do for youAt Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
