We are looking for an SSC Communication Strategy and Implementation Specialist with 2+ years of working experience for a full-time position to join our Strategy and Execution team at our Digital Campus in Porto.

Create training and communication materials and formats for SSC stakeholders, including one-pagers, presentations, guidelines, and Hugo Boss University trainings.? Support the development of a consistent SSC storyline for the Sustainability Report.? Assist in refining the overarching SSC strategy storyline and roadmaps.? Conceptualize and implement a knowledge-sharing channel for SSC teams.? What you'll bring Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, Economics Project management and stakeholder communication? Experience in ESG data management and product compliance (understanding system landscape)? Familiarity with industry standards and best practices? Strong analytical skills? Leadership in change management (entrepreneurial, visionary)? Influential communication skills (able to challenge and influence decision-making)? Team management? Background in fashion industry is a plus
