For their Project & Development Services, which designs, manages and builds offices, retail stores, logistics spaces and hospitality units, they are looking to recruit an experienced professional to head up the division.DescriçãoTake full responsibility for the service line P&L, participating in the definition of an ambitious plan for growthLead a mature, multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managersParticipate in the definition of the mix of services of the department: traditional Project Management as well as Design & Build servicesFocus on business development, with existing and new clients, both internal and externalLead the delivery of service proposals to the clients, defining the strategy and the added value for each proposalExercise rigorous control of the financials of the department, with detailed monthly reportingReport to local Head of Country and Iberian PDS LeadPerfil idealDegree in Engineering or ArchitectureMinimum 10 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrable experience as Business DeveloperTeam player with exceptional people management skillsSelf-starter, autonomous, flexible and versatileLanguage skills: Portuguese (native) and English (fluent).VantagensStrong development opportunity for the career#J-18808-Ljbffr
