We are looking for a creative individual with strong skills in photography, video editing, and social media management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging visual content and promoting it across digital platforms to target luxury real estate clients.Key Responsibilities:Photography & Videography:Capture high-quality photos and videos of luxury properties.Coordinate property shoots with external companies and landlords.Edit and enhance photos and videos for promotional use.Content Creation & Social Media Management:Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Post regularly on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Write captivating captions and use hashtags to target luxury real estate buyers.Marketing & Promotion:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media ads, Google ads).Measure and report on the success of campaigns using ROI and KPI metrics.Build relationships with key marketing partners and collaborate on promotional events.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Photography, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.1-2 years of experience in photography, video editing, and social media promotion.Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, iMovie, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills; other languages are a plus.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary.A positive work environment with all the tools needed to succeed.Opportunities to work with high-end luxury properties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
