You will play a key role in ensuring that product releases are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with business goals.
As a Delivery Manager, you will work within a Scrum framework, guiding teams and stakeholders through the delivery process, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Some flexibility is required to attend meetings on time outside your regular working hours, as you'll be involved in projects in the USA.Agile Delivery Management:Lead and coach cross-functional Scrum teams to successfully deliver software products and features on time and within scope.Ensure Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) are effectively facilitated and continuously improved.Act as the main point of contact for all delivery-related matters, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration (internal):Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other internal teams to define, prioritize, and manage the delivery of features and user stories.Promote regular touchpoints between internal stakeholders to share delivery progress, risks, and key milestones.Mentor and support Scrum teams, helping them improve delivery processes, enhance collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Facilitate the identification of bottlenecks and proactively remove obstacles to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
