We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRO & Automation Specialist to join our team. As a CRO & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and digital platforms for better conversion rates and user experience. You will also play a key role in automating and streamlining various business processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to implement CRO strategies, conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations. You will also identify opportunities for process automation, develop automated workflows, and provide training and support to users.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimize website conversion rates and user experience Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for website improvements Identify opportunities for process automation and develop automated workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor automation solutions Provide training and support to users on automation tools and processes Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRO and automation efforts Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO and automation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Automation Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools Proficiency in automation tools and platforms Knowledge of web technologies and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
