The Assistant Manager will ensure an outstanding level of customer satisfaction, co-create a thriving work environment as well as help fulfill the overall mission of the company. The ideal candidate is a good leader with excellent organizational skills and has a passion for cycling.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure an outstanding customer experience;Foster a thriving and productive work environment motivating the team to meet service and sales goals;Assist managers in guiding the organisation's activities;Personality, Skills and RequirementsPrevious retail or customer service experience is preferred;Basic to advanced knowledge of and passion for cycling;Proactive, self-motivated and highly organised;Good judgment and problem-solving skills;Excellent written and oral communication skills;Good math and analytical skills;Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software and social media management tools;Strong sales abilities, experience with e-commerce platforms and cross-selling are very welcome;Fluent English; additional languages are a plus;A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus;Knowledge of bike products is highly beneficial;Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.Working hours are 9 am - 6 pm with a 1 hr lunch break.
