Dutch speaking Online Retail Advisor in beautiful PORTO Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the amazing city of PORTO in Portugal? We are looking for native level DUTCH speakers with a good command of English who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their officesin the beautiful city of Porto.
As an Online Retail Support Advisor you will represent an online fashion store and help your customers from Belgium and the Netherlands via phone, email and live chat. Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions, troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns and providing information about fashion products will be part of your daily tasks and responsibilities.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DUTCH
Good command in English
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop
Willing to work abroad for min of 1 year
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. Besides this the company has lots to offer their employees from internal training and career progression opportunities to external activities and events. The salary for this role is 950 EURO gross per month PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills.
