YOUR ROLE

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that meetings are time-boxed and productive, fostering a collaborative environment.
Guide and mentor Scrum teams to ensure they understand and follow Agile practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Provide coaching on Agile values and principles to team members and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

Academic background in IT Engineering or similar.
+ 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, II, or III).
Additional Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP, is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles.
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe is an advantage.

Nice to have:

Strong communication skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
