As a Czech Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a vital role in representing our brand, establishing strong relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
You will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with our multinational team.
Responsibilities Identify, source, and engage potential candidates through various channels.
Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates, ensuring an efficient and smooth recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively match candidates with the right job opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates, guiding them through the interview and job offer process.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, advise on market trends, and propose suitable candidate profiles.
Requirements Fluent in Czech language (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Familiarity with the Consumer Services industry and understanding of relevant job roles.
