As an IT Change Management Process Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and ensuring the flawless process execution of IT Change within our IT estate. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals who demonstrate exceptional work behaviours and be at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence.

With your in-depth knowledge across all ITIL Service Management processes you will contribute and lead across all other Service Management process functions as required.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of internal and external process analysts to maximize value, efficiency and effectiveness of IT change management and Service Management processes.

Develop and implement IT change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of new IT initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and prioritize potential risks and challenges associated with change.

Develop and implement training programs to empower employees with the essential skills to adapt to change and enhance productivity.

Develop and update documentation for IT change management processes and effective approaches.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making and implementing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure strict adherence to change management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

ITIL Practitioner Level – In one or more relevant ITIL disciplines - Mandatory.

ITIL Expert Level – Preferred (V3 Expert or V Managing Professional).

Excellent leadership skills, managing and developing individuals both internal and within an external matrix management model.

Proven experience implementing ITIL best practices.

Sound knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management practices and related ITSM processes.

Experience of strategic and operational leadership, leading ITIL operational teams or implementing ITIL related projects.

Proven experience in responding to and managing and co-ordinating critical technology incidents including across global/regional, cross-function groups.

Proven experience in leading change management efforts and enforcing change process and policy.

Experience in facilitating change management board sessions and managing risk and change conflicts.

Experience liaising/working with 3rd party suppliers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence individuals at all levels of the company.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to determine potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Ability to successfully implement change management methodologies and tools.

Strong motivation to continuously enhance performance and consistently achieve outstanding outcomes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
