TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a: Customer Service Specialist: Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers of the Italian market over the phone, via email or social mediaSupplying customers with the necessary information and solving any issuesFollowing up of issues if neededContent Moderator: Validating all written content for a social media platform, confirming its accuracy and qualityHaving the opportunity to share your ideas, in order to improve the quality of our workBeing part of a team that makes the world's information more accessible and usefulBecoming an expert in the advertisement content and giving the best advice to confirm its accuracy and qualityRequirementsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of EnglishPassion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and committed to a longer stay in Portugal Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU-countryBenefitsWhat is in it for you?
