Responsabilidades ChaveAnalisar e estruturar produtos de dívida para satisfazer as necessidades específicas de financiamento a projeto da Capwatt, aplicando estratégias de gestão de risco.Desenvolver os seus modelos financeiros para projetar os fluxos de caixa, avaliar os potenciais riscos e determinar o desempenho da estrutura da dívida a projeto considerando vários cenários de mercado.Gerir o processo de originação como um todo: fazendo a coordenação com as várias partes interessadas; assegurando a documentação da transação e supervisionando a execução bem-sucedida do negócio.Contratar, gerir e monitorizar todas as fontes de financiamento estruturadas garantidas aos projetos e garantir o cumprimento das obrigações previstas nos contratos.Gerir e monitorizar o desempenho das carteiras financeiras estruturadas, incluindo o acompanhamento dos fluxos de caixa, a análise do desempenho dos investimentos e a prestação de relatórios periódicos aos diversos stakeholders, garantindo ao mesmo tempo o cumprimento das obrigações previstas nos contratos.Gerir a relação com financiadores e outras partes interessadas nesses processos de financiamento.Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências do setor, as condições do mercado e as alterações regulamentares que podem ter impacto nos produtos de dívida estruturada.Gerir e motivar uma equipa de alta performance para a entrega dos desafios propostos. CompetênciasFormação académica superior em Economia, Gestão ou Finanças.Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes em empresas do sector Energia, Bancos, Capital de Risco ou Fundos de investimento.Conhecimentos profundos de produtos estruturados e não estruturados de dívida e dinâmicas de contratação e negociação.Capacidade de trabalho em equipa, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e dinamismo.Organização e rigor, boa capacidade de aprendizagem e espírito crítico.Bons conhecimentos de informática (Excel; TMS; SAP) bem como em softwares de análise de dados e ferramentas de gestão de risco financeiro (Bloomberg, Moody's Analytics).Fluente em Inglês (obrigatório).
