1ª position: Your Role As a Strategic Architect, you will support the Enterprise Architecture team in defining scalable and efficient architectural frameworks. You will conduct strategic analysis, develop transformation roadmaps, and estimate financial impacts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: Enterprise Reference Architecture – Define scalable reference architectures for global business areas.Capability Modeling & GAP Analysis – Identify gaps between existing solutions and target architecture to drive improvements.Transformation Roadmaps – Develop evolution scenarios and strategic transformation plans.Financial Impact Estimation – Assess cost implications and business case development for architectural initiatives.Golden Rules Definition – Establish architecture principles and governance models.Strategic & Market Analysis – Conduct market research to ensure best practices and innovation adoption.Executive Documentation & Presentations – Create clear and compelling architectural documentation, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint and Confluence.What We're Looking For: Experience – Up to 5 years in Enterprise & Strategic Architecture.Technical & Analytical Skills – Expertise in capability modeling, transformation roadmaps, and financial impact assessment.Collaboration & Communication – Strong ability to work with global teams and corporate stakeholders.Documentation & Presentation – Proficiency in PPT, Confluence, and strategic documentation.Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Ability to analyze complex architectures and drive improvements.Languages – Fluent English required (Portuguese & Spanish are a plus).Education – Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Bonus Points For: Experience in Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR compliance.Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.Strong background in market research and strategic evolution scenarios.2ª position: Your Role As a Strategic Architect, you will play a pivotal role in Enterprise Architecture, ensuring that technology frameworks align with business goals. You will be responsible for developing reference architectures, conducting market and GAP analyses, and creating transformation roadmaps to guide the company's long-term digital strategy.
