As a Customer Advisor you will work for a world-leading Social Media giant, where you will be building strong client relationships with existing business clients. This is an inbound support role, you will receive queries via phone, email and live chat in regards to advertisment campaigns. Analysing data and supporting your client to ensure their marketing campaigns are optimised will be part of your daily tasks. This is a very busy role where multitasking is important.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FrenchAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and developWilling to work abroad for min of 1 year
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. Besides this the company has lots to offer their employees from internal training and career progression opportunities to external activities and events. The basic salary for this role is around 850 EURO gross per month PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills.
