Location: Remote (Office located in Braga, Portugal)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotating Shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Days Off: 2 Rotating Days Off per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable German Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, with the option to work from our office in Braga, Portugal, on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, providing flexibility with 2 rotating days off each week.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.Effectively manage customer inquiries, provide solutions, and offer detailed product information.Strive to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to deliver accurate and helpful assistance.Record and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference.Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and resolve complex customer issues.Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency in service delivery.Stay informed about product updates, company news, and customer service best practices.Requirements: Native or fluent proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work 24/7 in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.Comfortable using CRM systems and customer service tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.How to Apply:
