We are seeking a talented Delivery Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.We build cutting-edge software testing tools. Our flagship products lead the test management market. More than 5.6 million users across 22,000 companies trust us to manage 100+ million test cases each month. Every day, we work to provide integrated solutions that transform how our customers develop, test, and ship the software they make.Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee the efficient and timely delivery of our products/services to our valued clients. The Delivery Manager will report into Product Management and be responsible for managing the entire software delivery process, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery teams (Product Management and R&D) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Develop and implement effective delivery strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and R&D, and Product Management to prepare for releases and align delivery activities with business objectives Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues or concerns Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify opportunities for process innovation and optimization Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on delivery performance and project status Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
