Principais Responsabilidades: Supervisionar e coordenar o fluxo de mercadorias, garantindo que os produtos cheguem às lojas e clientes finais com rapidez e eficiência;Controlar e otimizar os processos de receção, armazenamento e gestão de stock, minimizando desperdícios e perdas;Assegurar uma logística eficaz para entregas em loja e e-commerce, garantindo prazos e qualidade no serviço;Gerir parcerias com operadores logísticos e transportadoras, negociando condições vantajosas e assegurando altos padrões de serviço;Implementar melhorias contínuas na operação logística, utilizando tecnologia e inovação para maximizar eficiência;Assegurar que os processos logísticos cumprem todas as normas e regulamentos, promovendo práticas sustentáveis;Liderar e desenvolver a equipa logística, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e focado na excelência operacional. Perfil do Candidato: Formação superior em Gestão, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas similares;Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções de gestão logística, preferencialmente no setor da moda ou retalho de luxo;Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;Habilidade para gerir múltiplas tarefas e prazos apertados;Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão de armazém (WMS) e ferramentas de análise logística;Fluência em inglês (fator preferencial);Perfil dinâmico, orientado para a inovação e melhoria contínua.
