Job Description Main Tasks: Salesforce Development & Customization:Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.Develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other custom applications.Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers in Salesforce best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to translate business needs into technical requirements.Solution Design:Analyze complex business processes and design efficient, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.Engage in full lifecycle project development, from initial requirements gathering and design through deployment and production support.Integration & Data Management:Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services, middleware, or ETL tools.Manage data quality, migration, and cleansing, ensuring data integrity across the organization.Salesforce Configuration:Configure Salesforce to align with business needs using declarative tools like workflows, process builder, flows, and custom objects.Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user experience and platform functionality.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with other platforms and systems.Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator are preferred.Skills:Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.Strong knowledge of Salesforce's declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows).Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps tools and practices specific to Salesforce like Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and other CI/CD and version control tools like GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.Familiarity with advanced Salesforce features such as Communities, Einstein Analytics, or Field Service Lightning.Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.Experience in leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.Additional Information Benefits and perks: Work in an international environment.Modern Technology & Latest IT tools.Software-house environment.Agile and Flexible working hours.Digital nomad policy.Focus on career development.Health insurance (also included for the household).Mental health support.Volunteer experiences and sustainable mindset.25 vacation days + 3 wellness days per year.Beers (after 6pm), foosball, and ping-pong #workhardplayhardFree breakfast every second Monday of the month.Employee discounts.Team & Company events.Inclusion & Diversity We value the strength diversity brings to our business and are working to build a more inclusive workplace through partnerships with Stonewall, Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community's race and gender equality campaigns.
