That's where you come in.We're building a brand-new AI and Gen-AI layer across PandaDoc, and we need a Principal Product Manager who's ready to lead the charge.
This isn't just a job—it's a chance to create something meaningful from the ground up.What makes this role special?Freedom to innovate: You'll be part of an independent, fast-moving team with full autonomy to experiment and build.
We're in "startup mode," so you'll work iteratively and hands-on, taking big ideas and turning them into real products that deliver value to our customers.Customer-focused impact: You'll dive deep into our customers' needs, understanding their challenges and finding creative ways to solve them with AI.
From applying AI within our existing product to dreaming up entirely new AI-first tools, your work will directly shape how SMBs use technology to succeed.A chance to shape the future: You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, staying on top of new trends, technologies, and possibilities.
Your expertise will help us move fast, avoid reinventing the wheel, and deliver impactful products quickly.What will you do?Own the customer-facing AI product: Decide where AI fits best in our current product, brainstorm new AI-first features, and work closely with engineers and designers to bring them to life.Work iteratively: Launch small, impactful iterations that deliver value quickly, learning and improving with every release.Understand our customers deeply: Talk to them, observe their challenges, and figure out how AI can make their lives easier.Bring design and UX to life: Work closely with designers to make sure our products don't just work—they feel intuitive, elegant, and built for real people.Spread the vision: Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, and sales to craft a compelling story around what we're building, making sure our customers and the market understand the value we're delivering.What are we looking for?You've done this before.
Ideally, you've built and launched AI/Gen-AI products at a B2B SaaS company, especially one serving SMBs.You're an expert in AI.
You understand the challenges, limitations, and nuances of AI and Gen-AI technologies, and you know how to apply them effectively to solve real-world problems.You thrive in uncertainty.
You're comfortable navigating a high level of ambiguity, turning big questions into actionable strategies and plans.You're a great communicator.
You can translate complexity into clarity, whether you're talking to customers, engineers, or designers.You love working with customers.
You know how to connect with users, understand their needs, and turn insights into impactful solutions.You care about design
