Com uma carteira de projetos única e de elevada qualidade e pretende reforçar a sua equipa em Lisboa. Descrição Controlo da Contabilidade, Fiscalidade e Análise Financeira Coordenar e articular com a empresa externa de outsourcing todas as atividades relacionadas com a contabilidade e o dossier fiscal das empresas do grupo e/ou sob gestão. Assegurar a elaboração e entrega mensal das demonstrações financeiras em conformidade com os prazos estabelecidos. Acompanhar e supervisionar o fecho de contas anual das empresas do grupo e/ou sob gestão. Elaborar os respetivos relatórios e contas anuais, garantindo a conformidade com as normas e regulamentos aplicáveis. Garantir a conformidade com as normas de contabilidade e fiscais, bem como com os procedimentos internos da empresa. Identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos de contabilidade e reporte financeiro. Fornecer suporte e orientação técnica à equipa interna e às empresas do grupo em matérias de contabilidade e fiscais. Manter-se atualizado sobre mudanças nas normas e legislação de contabilidade e fiscal e garantir a sua correta aplicação. Coordenação com todas as equipas internas para elaboração e introdução do orçamento anual no ERP. Controlo da execução orçamental. Coordenação de Auditoria : Coordenar os processos de auditoria do Revisor Oficial de Contas (ROC) para obtenção das Certificações Legais de Contas (CLC). Gestão e Melhoria do ERP : Certificar o bom funcionamento do ERP em articulação com os parceiros externos da empresa, incluindo, comunicar anomalias e coordenar correções ao sistema. Identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria no sistema ERP para otimização dos processos de contabilidade, financeiros, fiscais, entre outros
