Who are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (not mandatory)
Languages: Proficient in spoken and written English
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO9001 and 14001 systems
Workplace Knowledge: SAP

Main Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of the manufacturing process
Work on quality improvement by collecting data on issues, analyzing root causes, implementing solutions, and controlling results.
Health, Hygiene, and Safety Management System
Control the application of Safety, Hygiene, and Health at Work provisions in the Quality Department's internal procedures.
Ensure Quality Department workers have adequate means for safety and health preservation, maintaining good conditions for use and cleanliness.
Maintain operational protection means and ensure safe work methods and procedures are followed in the Quality Department.
Ensure clear pathways and exits for potential evacuation in the Quality Department.
Immediately inform the supervisor of any accidents or serious occurrences in the Quality Department and take necessary actions.
Follow established procedures regarding workplace accidents and prepare reports as per internal standards.
Consult with the Safety and Hygiene Technician and Occupational Doctor when necessary.
Critically observe all work equipment and act preventively in case of potential risks.
Communicate all risk situations.
Collaborate with the Safety and Environment Technician on management reviews of the three systems (Quality, Environment, and Safety).
Verify the electrical characteristics and construction provisions of telephone, data, rail, and energy cables according to existing quality plans.
Establish communication channels with manufacturing and commercial areas to resolve any issues.
Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
Investigate manufacturing problems related to defective cables in collaboration with process and production engineering.
Ensure effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions through analysis of quality variables.
Provide technical guidance and daily management of inspection and testing of telephone and data cables in collaboration with production supervision and quality control head.
Ensure all equipment used in inspection and testing of cables is within calibration range.
Effectively control cable identification.
Ensure environmental provisions are followed, especially regarding waste separation.
Prepare self-control guidelines and FMEAs for various manufacturing processes.
Participate in training actions related to self-control and online control.
Conduct 5-minute meetings with various factory areas.
Perform QPA audits on factory machines.
Conduct internal audits regarding Quality and Environment.
Participate in monitoring monthly Quality indicators (NC Costs, etc.).
Prepare QPA reports.
