.Senior DevOps Engineer European Remote Up to $7,000 per month Typical hours are Monday-Friday working 9-5 GMT/BST with potential on-call support required We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the team as we continue to develop new products and features for our clients. What you'll be working on: Development of infrastructure through reusable code with automated tooling and tests while being an expert on the toolset Use of metrics and monitoring information to ensure performance and reliability Understand the complexities of working with multi-tier applications, capacity testing and scaling of distributed systems Delivery of new features and tooling for both business and technical stakeholders Collaboration with technical teams to help define a platform for the future About the DevOps team: You will join a team of five DevOps Engineers of varying seniority, working on different projects across the business We follow Agile methodologies and collaborate closely with product and commercial teams, so you will be interacting with various stakeholders across the business in addition to your immediate team You should apply if you have: 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role AWS experience A passion for automation and continuous improvement You understand how applications and services run in real-world production environments, keeping them running smoothly You know how to configure the infrastructure to cope with demand while still delivering maximum resilience Strong communication skills – we encourage you to share new ideas and mentor more junior team members while embracing a DevOps culture A love for learning and improving your skills These skills will help, but aren't essential: Kubernetes Terraform Jenkins Good monitoring and alerting/service management experience Tech Stack: Kubernetes Kafka ELK Jenkins Git AWS Docker Linux About us: FXC Intelligence is a leading provider of cross-border payments data and intelligence, providing some of the world's biggest companies, central banks and non-governmental organisations with the strategic insights, expertise and awareness to effectively compete in their chosen markets.
