Position: Web3 Recruiter (Freelance) Location: Remote (Global) Experience: 1+ Years In the role of Web3 Recruiter, you will work on direct client roles to understand their open positions, attract and close great candidates for their roles. Responsibilities Source and attract top Web3 talent globally in different departments. Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. Stay updated on Web3 industry trends for effective sourcing. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Submit candidates to ATS and keep them updated the hiring process. Requirements: 1+ years of technical recruitment experience preferably in web3 environments. Understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation This role is freelance and compensated through a profit-sharing model. Generous percentage. The role is fully remote globally.
