POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Commercial Development Specialist to join our Commercial Development team from CPW business.
Your mission will be to develop and deploy all POS activations both in Offline and Online.You will be also responsible for the development of all Taylor Made retailers activities and support CDT Category in DCG Projects (assortment & planograms).
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Responsible for the activation of all instore initiatives which has been agreed to be executed within Channel / stores; Work closely with the KAM to provide the execution on Customer agreed Category initiatives; Ensure Tracking and reporting of implementations and direct contact with field sales; Develop and produce all POS material ensuring brand values and equity, including all POS displays; Post evaluate each POP event against the original objectives and ensure that leanings are recorded and incorporated into future activities; Manage Commercial relationships with key partners (Creative and implementation agencies); E-Commerce Plan for CPW in Partnership with Sales Team; Development of all materials / Promo and Solutions for E-commerce & Tracking of Key initiatives.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL University degree/ master's degree;3 years in Generating Demand Roles with preference for roles linked directly with sales;Understanding of commercial relations with customers;Demonstrated commercial competencies such as Lead Category Development; Develop Winning Strategies and Plans; Win in Omni-Channel; Deliver Superior Store Execution; Drive Profitable Revenue Growth; Master Shopper Understanding;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence;Solid planning and decision-making skills;Strong team player and results-oriented profile;Adaptability, energy, and drive.POSITION SNAPSHOT
