What are we looking for?
Experience with Genesys Cloud architecture, including User Interface Scripting; Proven ability to develop, maintain, and test custom scripts for Genesys Cloud; Strong knowledge of Genesys API Explorer and third-party integrations; Ability to design and build complex scripting solutions to support end-user activity; Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
