Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon, one of the most vibrant and colourful cities in Europe.
As a member of our international team, you will be working with people from diverse backgrounds, communicating effectively, and providing excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities and Impact You must be fluent in German and have a B2 level of English.
You should have knowledge of the value of good customer experience and its impact on business.
You are expected to be an attentive listener and skilled communicator who can work comfortably with people from different cultures.
Your drive for excellence and professionalism will help you succeed in this role.
You will be part of a real team player environment where collaboration and commitment are highly valued.
You should be excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
You must live in or be willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
A valid Portuguese work permit is required for this position.
What's in it for You?
This is a long-term fixed term contract that can be renewed every year.
You will work full-time (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday, with availability to work between 7am-10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule.
The salary conditions include two options: including free accommodation or excluding it.
For international candidates, we offer reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country, help with paperwork, and more.
