El impacto que generará No importa si un huésped llega cansado de sus viajes o emocionado por sus vacaciones, usted sabe qué hacer para que se sientan como en casa. Los huéspedes valorarán encontrarse con el vestíbulo impecable, su cálida bienvenida y su eficiencia a la hora de registrarlos e indicarles hacia dónde deben dirigirse. Cuando los huéspedes se dan cuenta de que verdaderamente se interesa por la calidad de su estadía, usted está actuando con excelencia.
