We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Content Moderator to join our vibrant team in Porto. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of user-generated content on various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate content to ensure it meets community guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Review:Monitor and review user-generated content (e.g., text, images, videos) for adherence to community guidelines and policies.
Quality Assurance:Ensure high-quality moderation and maintain the integrity of the platform by removing harmful or inappropriate content.
User Support:Assist users by addressing their concerns and resolving content-related issues promptly and effectively.
Policy Enforcement:Apply community guidelines and policies consistently to all reviewed content, ensuring a safe and respectful online environment.
Reporting:Document and report content trends, issues, and feedback to the management team to improve moderation processes.

Qualifications:
