What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiriesProvide account and application support to viewers namely concerning software functionalityProvide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settingsProvide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiriesContribute to creating brand engagement for our ClientsYour qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
