A equipa de Business Intelligence & Analytics tem como objetivo assegurar que as organizações conseguem obter mais valor dos seus dados e se tornam verdadeiramente data-driven. Implementamos soluções de business intelligence end-to-end, tirando partido nas nossa parcerias tecnológicas com a Hitachi, Microsoft e Tableau onde nos especializamos. Para assegurar excelentes resultados trabalhamos sempre próximo dos clientes percebendo o seu negócio e requisitos e aumentando o impacto positivo. Quais as principais responsabilidades? Como Business Intelligence Project Manager irás ter um papel fundamental enquanto elo de ligação e comunicação entre as várias equipas, projetos e os respetivos clientes. Serás responsável por todos os aspetos de gestão dos projetos, desde a definição do âmbito e duração dos mesmos à alocação e gestão das equipas, assegurando a qualidade e excelência de cada entrega. Diariamente serás responsável por: Coordenar as várias equipas de projeto Assegurar uma comunicação fluída e atempada entre todas as equipas que têm impacto no decorrer dos projetos Reunir com clientes para compreender as regras de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos funcionais e técnicos Definir âmbito das releases e sprints dos projetos, garantindo o envolvimento de todos os stakeholders Acompanhar a equipa, assumindo um papel de orientação / coaching em boas práticas, qualidade, planeamento, entre outros Antecipar e gerir problemas, conflitos e riscos que surjam no decorrer dos projetos Manter-se atualizado com as mais recentes tecnologias e tendências, fornecendo sugestões / recomendações, sempre que isso se revele vantajoso Desenvolver e implementar métricas para o acompanhamento e avaliação da execução dos projetos Participar e produzir conteúdo no âmbito de iniciativas de marketing da unidade Assegurar a qualidade e a excelência de cada entrega // Stacks: Tableau, Pentaho, Microsoft Power BI Que Skills precisas de ter? Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão de Sistemas de Informação ou Engenharia em geral Fortes capacidades de comunicação verbal e escrita Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência como Project Manager ou Tech Lead Experiência na comunicação com o cliente Background ou conhecimento de boas práticas de implementação de soluções e ferramentas de Business Intelligence Experiência com metodologias de desenvolvimento (Scrum) e ferramentas para suporte ao desenvolvimento (Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo) Motivação e vontade de inovar Gosto por trabalho em equipa e pela resolução de problemas complexos Responsabilidade e organização Inglês fluente // Pontos extra para: Certificação PMP e SCRUM // Sabe mais sobre a área de Business Intelligence: Business Intelligence na Xpand IT Caso de sucesso Integração de Sistemas com BI para a Conceito Caso de sucesso Telemtria Wi-fi com Pentaho Benefícios Flexibilidade e Trabalho Híbrido Seguro de Saúde Protocolos e Parceiros Eventos Teambuilding Bónus #J-18808-Ljbffr
