The role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will represent a wholesaler in Belgium. You will receive incoming queries via phone and email, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner. Assisting your clients with queries in regards to orders. deliveries and returns. Updating customers details and completing general administrative tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities.
Requirements We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Flemish
Good command of English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop
Willing to work abroad for min of 1 year
Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. Besides this the company has lots to offer their employees from internal training and career progression opportunities to external activities and events. The basic salary for this role is around 1050 EURO gross per month PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills. Please note that the cost of living in Portugal is considerably cheaper than in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Interview Process The interview process can be done remotely via phone and online test, so no need to come to Portugal until you are successful. The interview can be done in Dutch
