Company's primary objective is to create a family of luxurious and high-end hospitality assets all over the world, delivering unprecedented user experience.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and creative architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.In this role, you will be responsible for conducting design research, assembling various architectural ideas, and developing sketches, designs, and drawings at different RIBA stages.You should be able to work independently throughout the day, coordinate with the team when needed, and deliver intermediate results weekly.You will:Work on a variety of high-end hospitality projects as an architect (technician)Run a project through all design phases under the guidance of the project lead or technical leadInterpret the design brief and work with the client representative to achieve the best resultsConduct design research, and create presentations, mood boards, and reference materialsGenerate architectural ideas, sketches, and volumetric and geometry studiesDevelop volumetric studies into concept layouts, Revit (RVT) models, and base inputs for the CGI teamElaborate on concept layouts through the Schematic and Detailed Design stagesCollaborate closely with in-house structural and MEP teams, as well as with the local Architect of Record (AOR), to achieve the best concept adaptation and spatial coordination results, while carefully preserving the initial design intentSupport FF&E procurement team with quantities calculations, material research, detailingWe expect you to be fluent in English and proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, or other sketch-oriented presentation software like Rhino, Lumion, or Enscape. Knowledge of CGI basics and Navisworks is also required.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture5 to 10 years of experience in architectural designExperience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels and resortsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, or other sketch-oriented presentation software like Rhino, Lumion, or EnscapeProfessional level of English, both written and verbalPortfolio is a mustAdditional Details:To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be punctual, detail-oriented, intelligent, and motivated to deliver results.This is a full time/fully remote day job with expected involvement up to 40 hours a week.
