Job Description As a Training Coordination Trainee for Infineon Business Areas, you will learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment and support the team with different training scopes.
In your new role, you will:
Support the coordination, tracking, and management of training activities using our Learning Management SystemCollaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business and strategic objectivesProvide administrative support to global training requestsHandle inquiries and requests from internal and external vendors, participants, program managers, and trainers located globallySupport training registration and logistics organization, such as hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, etc.Ensure cooperation with external suppliers Your Profile You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times, having high-quality standards for your work. You have an organized and structured working style with a strong customer orientation. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish successful cooperation with others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar fieldExperience using MS Office tools, especially Excel and OutlookAbility to structure your own work within the teamExperience in events organization, learning management or customer service is an advantageA good command of English.
