Neste momento, estamos a recrutar um(a) Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 SCM para um dos nossos clientes, uma multinacional de referência no setor das Tecnologias de Informação. A empresa que o irá contratar: Multinacional com atuação focada em Sistemas de Informação, especializada no desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções de negócio baseadas em ferramentas Microsoft, com especial ênfase em soluções de gestão integrada (ERP's). Local de trabalho: Lisboa, Oporto ou Vila Real
O que será importante para ter sucesso: Experiência mínima de 3 anos em atividades relacionadas com desenho e implementação de soluções e processos no Dynamics 365 Business Central ou outros ERP's, preferencialmente em consultoria; Experiência em projetos de implementação de soluções de negócio; Experiência na análise, modelagem e desenho de processos de negócio nas áreas funcionais de Supply Chain, Retail (preferencial) e Manufacturing (preferencial); Experiência em equipas que utilizam metodologia AGILE (preferencial); Experiência de trabalho em equipa dentro de um contexto empresarial e associado a IT; Formação superior em Gestão de Informação, Economia, Gestão, Engenharia e Gestão Industrial ou áreas equivalentes; Conhecimento sólido de processos de negócio na área de Supply Chain, como logística externa e interna, gestão de produção, retalho, transportes e planeamento da procura; Noções básicas de estrutura de dados; Conhecimento teórico e prático de aplicações de negócio (ERP's) como Microsoft Dynamics, PHC, Primavera, SAP, SAGE; Conhecimento da metodologia AGILE (preferencial); Fluência em inglês (oral e escrito).
As suas futuras funções: Análise e desenho de processos de negócio em Supply Chain e outras áreas funcionais; Implementação de soluções baseadas em Dynamics 365 Business Central; Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com clientes e equipas internas para garantir soluções eficazes; Aplicar metodologia AGILE na execução de projetos; Apoiar a formação de utilizadores e key-users; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização de processos de negócio; Apoiar na gestão de mudança e transição de sistemas; Colaborar na definição de requisitos e especificação funcional de soluções.
