We are seeking Project Manager Officers in Lisbon for a very flexible hybrid work arrangement
You'll be responsible for gathering information required for the program for performing administrative tasks such as filing, reports, emails, PowerPoint presentations and scheduling meetings as needed. Ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish by helping with planning and execution, so project management experience is essential.
What we are looking for?
Experience in a Pharma industry environment;Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task is a must;Experience with budgeting (both management of project budget as well as resources);Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Power BI, ServiceNow;Experience in IT Migration projects will be a great plus;Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese at a professional level, both written and spoken; What we offer?
