Business Process Analyst

We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What are you going to do? • Support the deployment of a standardized QMS across the entire organization.
• Define process KPIs and generate performance metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes across various departments, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into process changes and solutions.
• Develop and implement new processes and systems for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and present reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes of process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Monitor the implementation of new processes, gathering data to measure impact and
• Stay up-to-date with the latest process improvement techniques and industry best practices.
What are we looking for? • Experience in the field of Business Process Development, Quality Certification, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Change Management;
• Thought through Process/Vision, deep process experience;
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics;
• Experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN);
• Experience with SAP Signavio;
• Standard QMS deployed globally;
• Process performance KPIs and metrics in place;
• Quality Certification (ISO9001, EN9100 & AS9100 amongst all others);
• Audit plan fully executed and improvements implemented;
• The learning organization (PDCA);
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
