In the role of Office Coordinator, you will ensure everything is well-organized at the office. Additionally, you will take care of administrative and organizational tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be the face and first point of contact for the Yuki office. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all office-related processes run smoothly.
You'll ensure the office is a place where everyone feels welcome and can perform at their best. Additionally, you will act as the link between various departments and serve as the contact point for both employees and external contacts.
Responsibilities Managing inventory and ordering supplies.Welcoming guests with the right dose of Yuki vibes.Ensuring a representative appearance of the office and maintaining an organized and tidy workspace.Coordinating happiness shots and internal events.Running Office Projects.Performing administrative tasks.Supporting various tasks as part of the People & Office team.Ensuring a sparkling place to work (together with the rest of the People & Office team).What We Are Looking For Experience in a similar role is a plus.Excited about becoming a cultural ambassador.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.Flexibility, stress resistance, creativity, and organizational skills.A proactive attitude and hands-on mentality.What's in It for You At Yuki, we believe in empowering our team so they can empower our users.
