Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules to meet client needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure proper addressing of their needs during delivery.
Propose and implement system improvements.
Conduct workshops to educate stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.


Customize SAP HCM/SuccessFactors modules as needed.
Design and optimize data models for better performance.
Configure business rules and workflows to streamline processes.
Consult and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Execute data migration strategies during system implementations or updates.

Consultant SAP SuccessFactors SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module - Familiarity with SAP HCM 




Requirements Requisitos Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors. Proficiency in English language with strong analytical and communication capabilities. Residency in Portugal. Demonstrated experience in module configurations and implementations, along with system maintenance and support. Expertise in data model design and optimization. Proficient in configuring rules and workflows to meet organizational requirements.
