To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager in our plant in Ovar.
Country: Portugal
Responsibilities: Understand business needs and translate into Learning & Development processes and programs to support the organization in developing our leaders and employees.Leadership Development: Collaborate closely with the business and our local HR teams to conceptualize and ensure implementation of leadership development programs throughout all layers of the organization.Skill & Career Management: Analyze the need of driving a skill-based approach across the region and help our people understand career opportunities within Yazaki.Employee Engagement: Help to conceptualize key topics and take over project lead as needed across Y-EMEA (e.g. leadership questions, DEIB)Support our central HR Business Partners in answering L&D questions and requests coming from the businessModerate Workshops and deliver trainingsCandidate's Profile: Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources related fields (Business or Business Psychology)Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partner or HR Manager roleBusiness fluent in English (verbal and written)Experience in leading multiple projects and align stakeholders accordinglyExperience in leading teams and organizations through changeExperience in delivering trainingsExperience in moderation of groupsCoaching certification is a plusStrong communication and presentation skills, internal customer orientation, high service-mind (strong passion and team player)What do we have to offer?
