The Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort is the first Anantara Resort in Portugal, featuring 4 restaurants, 3 bars, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a Kids Club, SPA, and fitness facilities.
We are recruiting for the position of RECEPTIONIST (M/F) at the Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort.
As a Receptionist (M/F), you will report to the Front Office Manager and be responsible for receiving, accompanying, and supporting customers from the booking stage to check-out. You will provide information and promote the services of the hotel and the region to guarantee quality and excellence in service, actively contributing to exceed customer expectations.

Genuine smileGood appearance and sympathyCustomer orientationPassion for serviceProfessional attitudeLeadership abilityAutonomy and InitiativeTime flexibilityPunctuality and AttendanceProfessional experience in similar roles in 4 or 5 star hotelsKnowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another foreign language (fluent orally)Minimum 12th year of schooling or professional course adapted to the role (preferred)Bachelor's or degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred)Good level of general culture and knowledge of the hotel's destinationComputer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, Database, and specific applications for the area of accommodation/hospitality.
