Atualmente fazemos parte da METRO AG e temos o nosso propósito bem definido: "Criar relações fortes e duradouras está no nosso ADN."Descrição do empregoComo Demand Planner, a tua missão é planear e gerir as necessidades de compra e abastecimento, garantindo que os níveis de stock sejam otimizados e que existam os produtos certos, na quantidade certa, no momento certo.As tuas principais responsabilidades:Efetuar encomendas a fornecedores mediante a análise do stock e as necessidades de compra; Analisar e otimizar a rotatividade dos artigos e dos outros indicadores de gestão de stocks; Verificar as encomendas por parte dos fornecedores em articulação com os Gestores de Produto; Participar na sugestão de ações promocionais e acompanhar reuniões de vendas; Cooperar com a área comercial sobre a previsão de chegada de produto, apresentando alternativas se necessário; Informar e alertar os vários stakeholders sobre produtos parados, com pouca rotatividade e com validade curta; Cumprir com os objetivos definidos para a sua área.HabilitaçõesHabilitações e RequisitosHabilitações: Licenciatura; Experiência anterior: Mínima de 2 anos em funções ligadas ao planeamento, de preferência na Indústria Alimentar; Habilidades de Comunicação: Capacidade de comunicar de forma eficaz e persuasiva, tanto verbalmente quanto por escrito; Flexibilidade eSentido Crítico: Capacidade de se adaptar a mudanças rápidas no ambiente de produção, enquanto mantém um pensamento crítico para resolver problemas; Gosto pelo Detalhe e Perfeccionismo: Atitude orientada para os detalhes, com excelência na execução das tarefas e na gestão dos processos de produção; Capacidade de Organização: Forte habilidade de organizar e priorizar tarefas, garantindo uma produção eficiente e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos; Bons Conhecimentos de Inglês: Necessário para comunicação eficaz com fornecedores, clientes e colegas internacionais.Informações adicionaisIntegração num grupo empresarial sólido e em expansão; Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico; Oportunidade deaprendizagem e formação.Se tens interesse em fazer parte da nossa equipa, envia a tua candidaturaA Diversidade e a Inclusão são valores fundamentais na METRO e desempenham um papel crucial no nosso sucesso.
