Estamos à procura de um CATEGORY SPECIALIST, para a nossa equipa de BEAUTY & CARE do nosso pelouro Commercial Food & Fresh (FMCG), em Carnaxide, e acreditamos que seremos #betterwithyou.
 
De uma coisa podes ter a certeza, diversidade de responsabilidades e desafios é algo que não vai faltar numa área marcada pela inovação, crescimento e dinamismo 
A tua missão passará por:
- Robustecer a proposta de valor das Unidades de Negócio das áreas de Beleza & Higiene;
através da definição da estratégia das Categorias;
 - Analisar e interpretar as tendências de Mercado de forma a antecipar e maximizar as novas oportunidades de negócio;
- Acompanhar e melhorar a experiência de compra do cliente nas Áreas de Beleza e Higiene e desenvolver o processo de atendimento personalizado em loja;
- Monitorizar o atingimento dos principais KPIs.
 
Se tens …
- Licenciatura/Mestrado preferencialmente em áreas de Economia/Gestão/Marketing/Engenharia e Gestão Industrial;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em consultoria estratégica, preferencialmente em setores na área de Indústria, Retalho ou bens de consumo;
- Gosto pela área de Retalho; 
- Domínio de Office;
- Sólidos conhecimentos em inglês.

- Capacidade de trabalho e foco nos resultados;
- Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
- Capacidade de apresentar e tomar decisões com impacto real no negócio.
