To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Hotel Management Director (m/f) , to take over the management of hotels and local accommodation to work in the north.
Responsibilities
- Managing the various teams in the hotel units and local accommodation;
- Promoting effective communication between teams and guests;
- Implementing policies and procedures that guarantee the safety and quality of the services provided;
- Ensuring that the unit complies with all applicable regulations and standards;
- Assessing residents' needs and adapting services to meet those needs;
- Managing the unit's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost optimisation;
- Developing and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Hotel Management or related field;
- Proven experience in management roles in the hospitality sector;
- Solid computer skills, particularly in Excel;
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead teams;
- Strong attention to detail and good communication and interpersonal skills.
