Estamos à procura de um(a) Procurement Data Analyst, para se juntar à Direção de Procurement do Grupo Lusíadas Saúde, em Lisboa.
Se considera que saúde e gestão de dados podem ser um bom match, esta oportunidade é para si
- Gerir a Bases de Dados de fornecedores, artigos e preços de venda do Grupo Lusíadas Saúde;
- Gerir o Catálogo Mestre de fornecedores e de artigos do Grupo (medicamentos, material de consumo clínico, material de prótese e osteossíntese, material administrativo, material de hotelaria e de manutenção), garantindo a sua precisão e atualização constante;
- Implementar novos processos de monitorização e de controlo dos objetivos e indicadores de gestão (Business Intelligence);
- Criar e realizar o levantamento funcional de conteúdos documentais;
- Compreender os principais processos de gestão, especificidades da atividade hospitalar e produtos de saúde (equipamentos médicos, dispositivos médicos, medicamentos e serviços clínicos);
- Conhecer a legislação, normas e procedimentos aplicáveis à atividade, garantindo a atuação em conformidade com os mesmos;
- Compreender o papel estratégico da área de Procurement e da Logística Operacional, na gestão eficaz e eficiente dos dados mestre de artigos e fornecedores do hospital;
- Contribuir para a identificação e implementação de oportunidades de melhoria ou promoção da Política de Qualidade, Ambiente e Segurança.
- Formação Superior na área das Ciências Empresariais;
- Experiência prévia em funções de administração de dados;
- Proficiência na língua Inglesa;
- Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados, como Excel, SAP e sistemas de Business Intelligence;
- Conhecimentos de software Gestão Hospitalar, Medicine One ou GIAF (preferencial);
- Competências ao nível da análise de dados, atenção ao detalhe, planeamento e organização.
