Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.Now we are looking for an experienced product leader to join our team as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take the overall responsibility for product strategy and development of Joom Marketplace platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a clear and effective product strategy for Joom MarketplaceEnsure the product team (in close collaboration with engineering) delivers highquality features or improvements helping the company hit its revenue growth targetsCreate and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goalsConduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growthManage, develop and hire a worldclass team of product managers and UX/UI expertsRequirements :At least three years experience as a Chief Product Officer or in a senior product leadership role within the B2C ecommerce sectorIndepth knowledge of B2C ecommerce trends, technologies, and customer behaviorsExceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work with product metrics and make datadriven decisionsSelfdiscipline and ability to independently plan, set, and prioritize tasksProficiency in English (B2 and higher)We are offeringFlexible working hours and 22 days of paid annual leaveWork from our office in Lisbon, PortugalRelocation package to Lisbon, Portugal, if neededExtended health insurance for the employees and their children, including dental care coverageStock options plan100% paid sick leavesPersonal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate libraryDaily meal allowanceAnnual team retreats#J-18808-Ljbffr
