MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER CONTEXT Richemont has a strong ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. Part of this transformation is the Group Data Office that, among others, delivers Analytics & Data Science projects for the different Maisons.
The Analytics & Data Science team, belonging to "Group Data Office", supports this vision by developing analytics and data science use cases, defining best practices across the group, and industrializing analytics & data science solutions. This team is recruiting a ML Engineer to work under the Lead Machine Learning Engineer.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Develop components of the analytics and machine learning platform, including: infrastructure modules, reusable components for AI/Analytics applications or architecture templatesIndustrialize, maintain and improve (Generative) AI and analytics solutions in Google Cloud PlatformManage the infrastructure with special focus on reliance, security and scalabilityPartner with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Infrastructure & Data Engineers for the project deliveryHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Graduate in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields or equivalent professional experienceProficient in Python programming & SQL (3 years or more)Practical experience in MLOPs (1 year or more)Professional experience in Google Cloud Platform (1 year or more)Knowledge of Data Engineering principlesKnowledge of REST API and microservicesA dynamic, innovative & pragmatic mindset to problem solving, and an ability to think critically and objectively, both independently & within a teamProactive, curious and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and always on the look to improve the current solutionsStrong communication skills, English is a must, ease to collaborate in multicultural and multifunctional environmentsExperience in Terraform is a plusExperience in Generative AI is a plusExperience in Vertex AI and DBT is a plusHOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
