Job Description Your contribution to something big: Main Mission: Cross-Functional Site Manager for Bosch in Ovar We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our multidisciplinary location in Ovar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a conducive environment for the growth and success of our about 200 associates in engineering teams from different business units in Bosch as well as associates from purchasing, quality and sales. The Site-Manager will also be the host of the location and will be responsible for maintaining strong collaboration with the local plant and will report disciplinary and functionally to Bosch Service Solutions' Country Manager. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of about 200 associates in engineering, digital services development, controlling, purchasing, quality and sales Act as the host of the location and ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all associates Maintain strong collaboration with the local plant and other relevant stakeholders Forster contact to local plant to leverage synergies in testing and industrialization Provide a supportive and growth-oriented environment for the teams Develop and implement strategies to drive the success and growth of the location Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the location and also support close collaboration from other locations (e.G
