Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with TDD/BDD, RSpec, or other testing frameworks.
